Established in 1984, Technomachines is primarily engaged in the design, manufacture & supply of
Gravity Die Casting Machines and Dies for the casting of PISTONS. We are the only professional piston
die casting machine manufacturer in India and have been supplying these machines to most of the
piston manufacturing companies across India and have exported as well. Our customer list includes reputed companies like Menon Pistons Ltd., Shriram Pistons & Rings Ltd., Samkrg Pistons Ltd., Cooper Corp. among others. We have so far supplied over 100 piston die casting machines and over 50 piston dies to our customers. We also manufacture Circlip Grooving Machines for circlip grooving in piston pin holes. We also have a Hot Chamber Pressure Die Casting Machine for casting Control Cable ends and have sold this to various customers across India. Our customer list includes reputed companies like Remsons Industries, Tata Ficosa Automotive Systems among others. We have so far supplied around 10 hot chamber die casting machines along with dies to our customers. We can design & manufacture other Die Casting Machines as per specific customer needs. We can also take up the development of any machine based on imported/proven existing machines available with you. In 2011, we acquired a Makino CNC VMC with our focus on Die-Mold machining. We have since gained invaluable expertise in machining core cavities of dies/molds and are ready to take up any challenging job work. With our focus on quality and on-time delivery, we have already acquired many customers like Gearock Forge, Konar Engineering, Suveswaru Enterprises, Seeaar Machine Tools, Akme Technologies, Sansera Engineering, Fujiyama Mould Tech, Sundaram Auto Components to name a few.
